He shares this experience based on his role as the board president of his local homeowners’ association where he applies his legal expertise to managing employees, services, finances and capital programs. He also held a similar position as president at a large co-op apartment building for nearly a decade where he supervised the management of a $4 million annual budget, 20 employees and a board of fifteen-members in continuous capital programming and infrastructure improvement.
